Growing up, I was surrounded by creativity—my dad was a contractor, and my mom had an incredible eye for interior design. It’s no surprise that I’ve always been drawn to homes. As a kid, I would flip through Architectural Digest, dreaming of one day owning one of those beautiful, magazine-worthy houses. I used to walk into friends’ homes and mentally redesign the space—knocking out walls, reimagining kitchens, and styling living rooms in my head.

As I got older and moved into my own places, that passion only grew. From my very first apartment to my current home, I’ve always taken pride in creating spaces that feel warm, thoughtful, and uniquely mine. I love decorating, reconfiguring, and tackling DIY projects.

After stepping away from a 27-year career as a broadcast journalist, I decided it was time to fully embrace this lifelong love of design. And if I’m being honest—I’m figuring it out as I go. I’m not a social media influencer or a polished design pro. I’m just someone who loves turning a house into a home.
